Pricing does not include travel protection which is strongly recommended. Travel Protection can be priced once you decide on a room category. Insurance fluctuates based on the price of your package. Insurance is due at the time of deposit in order to cover preexisting conditions and is nonrefundable. If you change promotions after deposit, cancellation penalties can apply including the possibility of forfeiting your cost of Insurance. If you lock in air now, the increase in insurance Is due at deposit but the payment for air isn't due until your final payment. Air final payment is due at the same time as the cruise final payment.

Air is assigned by Viking approx. 150 days before travel. Air fluctuates until you lock it in, but is running about $999-1199 per person depending on the departure city. We can get better pricing once we know the preferred departure airport for each guest. We recommend you take the option to add "Air Plus" for $100 per person. Air plus is the only way for you to help select flight times or carrier preferences. Air Plus users MUST select their air 300 days before travel.
